Any local guys here handle trademarks? I am interested in filing a mark and have a few questions. I'd prefer to work with someone that comes recommended rather than just pick a name from a web search or yellow pages.

You need to register one? Or you need one (logo)? You want a copyright, trademark or registered trademark?

I have a friend who is a good patent attorney that may be able to help you. Call Mike Slavin at (561) 625-6575.

Hey, Tony. Call Bill's friend. When doing a trademark, patent, etc., it's always best to use an attorney. You want to make sure it's done right, the first time.

Thanks for the help guys. Sorry I didn't provide more specific info.

I don't need a logo. I already have a business name and logo developed that I want to register as a trademark to protect my idea/brand. I have a few new items I want to start selling and I thought it would be wise to lock in my brand name. I definitely won't go the DIY route on something like this.
