Great Texas weather this weekend, and took a 600 mile trip in my '84. Absolutely no issues, and got a bit over 19 MPG with mostly freeway driving. Got into a group of cars and did over 100 miles at around 90. Always drew a crowd at gas/food stops. Wish it had been a bit warmer to put the top down. Just a great Ferrari weekend.

Our cars fall into that class of Ferrari that many consider to be the most reliable, drivable ever made. The newer stuff is different of course, but for vintage cars, they are fantastic. So I've heard ;)

Congrats on taking that leap of faith and it paying back dividends. I know my trips got longer and longer. I don't hesitate to take my car hundreds of miles from home after only an oil and tire pressure check.
