unidentified part?

Hi All,

I have two of these rubber trims that have come somewhere from the interior of my 355 over the years.
No part numbers , a rudimentary S/D marked on either of them from the mould (Sinistra/ Image Unavailable, Please Login left and Destra/ right I assume). I am guessing they fell off the doors/window area at some time. I can't find any part of the door to align them with and can't see them on any parts diagrams.
Would anybody know where they should be reattached?

Those look like the foam sound insulation pieces that reside under the interior mirror triangles
