Does anybody deploy the wind diffuser when the top is down. It is kinda large and occupies a lot of room int the boot so I took it out. I like to have the spontanaity of the top down decision. Is it cumbersome to attach? Does it help? I have had her up around 100 with the top down and it really isn't too bad inside as long as there are no loose papers lying around!
Also, does anybody use the cute lumbar support pillow that came with the car?

Drove a Cali 150+mph yesterday roof down deflector up, makes a big difference and the roof can come up with it in place no problems. Personally I prefer it with the extra wind in the hair feeling!

I just started using the diffusor and it's great because there's no wind or noise at all with the windows up so it's not a problem picking up a phone call while on the highway. Also, my wife loves it because we can drive top down when going out and she doesn't have to get her hair blown around. It's really easy to put up and down but, unless you want to put somebody in the back seat there's no reason to take it down. I think that cushion thing is supposed to be used under a child's car seat.

It can be used with the top up or down. Installs easily and looks good. I concur with Lagerlout that it can be safely used at high speeds!

I love it and leave it in whenever I'm not using the back seats. I concur that it's much better on the hair, the phone, etc...My kids love the wind in their faces though!
