Window Gremlin

I took delivery of my F12 back in April 2017. I noticed that on occasion when I open the passenger side door, the window goes all the way down. This does not happen on the driver's side door, only the passenger side. The window is suppose to go down a fraction of an inch or so, but not all the way. As I said is it intermittent and I have not been able to identify any pattern as to what may cause this. It did happen when I took the car in for service, so the service advisor got to see it first hand. However they were not able to trouble shoot the issue. Anyone else have this problem, and was it fixed?
