    I've heard it actually taste like really good pork, i.e. "long pig" because of the shape of the carcass (obviously not a term coined in the USA or it would have been, well... pig).

    I've heard one can aquire quite a taste for it.

    Anyone with personal experience here?

    That reminds me, anybody been by the Ed Gein farm?

    In Peter Capstick's book about Maneaters besides the usual lions, leopards, and crocs, he devotes a chapter to cannibalism and its histiry in Africa (circa early 20th century). The cannibals describe the meat as tender and light in color not unlike veal.

    The psoas muscle. No joke. I kid you not. It is the psoas muscle, inside the pelvis, just behind the ureter.

    In the pic it's the long thin muscle attached to the spine.
