Well, I could not pass up such a beautiful day yesterday. I took the Mondial out and met up with a couple of F-car friends. One has a '75 365 GT4 Boxer, the other an '83 308 GTSi QV. We headed out to Chester, NJ via the back roads, went to an old cider mill for lunch, then out through the back roads through Peapack, Gladstone, Bernardsville, and then back to the Boxer's home for some wine and relaxation. It was a perfect afternoon to be out with the cars. We turned a lot of heads and definitely enjoyed the 3rd gear roller coaster ride through the hills of Western Jersey. Glad to have gotten a nice run in before winter.

Sounds like an awesome run Steve. Glad you guys had a blast and what better way to enjoy the cars than a run through some of the best towns in NJ.

    Eric,

It is beautiful out there. Horse country. Anyone who thinks of New Jersey as only being the Turnpike, Newark Airport, and refineries has never been out in that area. It's as nice as anyplace in the country. Plus, we stopped by The Stable in Gladstone. Unfortunately, we missed them, so could only look through the windows and drool.
