    Anyone here work in a F car service department? Outside of carfax does franchise service departments store records online that all of them can see?Pm me! thanks

    Records are individually kept. One dealer cannot see another’s records. They will often call when they know it’s been serviced as I have been told. Ferrari NA has access to the recall and other work I believe.

    If you are registered on MyFerrari on the Ferrari website you can see all of the service dates but no detail on what was performed. Seems silly to have only dates without what was done but will at least provide a place to start.
