I just had one compression tested and the pressure differs by 30 between some of the cyls. Are we looking at a potential problem? What is considered normal? Should I stay away from this one?

Did they perform a LEAKDOWN ? If so, post the Results on ALL Cylinders.

    Depending on Mileage, 180+.

If you go by aircraft standards a compression test means very little. Leakdown is more significant and can pinpoint any potential problem. I have seen people perform compression test many different ways and thereby achieve different results. Try having the oil analysed for excessive wear particles.
