What's everything think about the new Joker movie coming out? I'm pretty stoked. Joaquin Phoenix is a pretty insane dude, so this should be pretty good.

I'm looking forward to it and expect it to be the best of the franchise so far.

I don't get it. But it looks interesting.

I'm so over super hero movies with endless CGI over the top stuff. Maybe this is a new trend.

Looks fantastic. My favorite comic villain, Joker deserves this origin story. Hopefully dark and gritty like The Dark Knight which is my favorite comic book movie of all time.

Finally something other than a Marvel movie.

I heard that the movie will be darker than the comics. The trailer looks promising, I will love to see it on the big screen.

This is a stand-alone movie and while its character is comic-book based, the movie is a complete original in that it doesn't borrow its plot from a comic-book arc. Comic-book movie (in the purest sense) or not, it still looks fan-bleeping-tastic, and the reviews coming in are boasting Oscar nominations.

The comics your parents may have grown up with but the Joker of today is absolutely terrifying and relentlessly violent. If this movie is darker than Joker's current comic-book version the movie would literally be rated NC-17.

    Anyone else see it?

Fantastic movie!! It would be a travesty for Joaquin Phoenix not to win an Oscar.

I thought it was ok. Depressing. Expected. But well acted.

Was good but didnt live up to the hype. Tackled mental health which can be a very depressing topic. Dark and violent like The Killing Joke comic.

Heath Ledger will forever be my favorite Joker.

The Critical Drinker, one of my favorite movie reviewers, loved it. I think I'll appreciate it, but it may not really be my thing. Heath Ledger just defined the not-silly Joker for me.

    This is filled with *****SPOILERS!!!*****:
