Wire your horn so it plays Dixie in launch mode. Way cheaper.
I'd love to see pics of the car that the OP won at Scottsdale... BJ's auction results show there were three Calis that crossed the block (matte black, black, and Rosso Mugello), all sold for 6 figures. My gut tells me it's the matte black one.
Does the Matt black one have a gun rack and moonshine bottle holders instead of coffee cup holders...then I suspect your right
whether he owns the car or not, it's a troll post. drifting a cali? muscle car with auto due to cell use? any problem he's raised can be figured out by anyone who can buy the car, without forum help. trolling for reactions.
If the replies about doing burnouts with new Ferraris are correct, these new cars out of Marrenello must be real pieces of s h i t ..I have been clowning around in my 328 having all kinds of fun, and my clutch and gearbox are in great shape at 101 k miles. So i would have to agree with the MOPAR guys,,dont buy a Ferrari buy American muscle
I would turn the CST to the off position. That is going to be your bet. I have never done a burnout in that car but hey it is your car.
I'm just not too sure how important it is to most here. I know that I could care less about doing burnouts with anything that I'm purchasing tires for. I thought it was cool back when I was 16, but by the time I was 18 and paying my own way I figured it made more sense to spend my money on beer and women and save the tires.
Aside from dragging a knee at the track, one of the most fun things to do with a Ducati is rolling burnouts with the feet up on the pegs. That hellcat roll was great. Time and place for everything. That looked fun.
Nothing wrong with burnouts at the right time and place. Best wishes to you, and make sure to post a video when you get it figured out! Chers
