360 door latch removal?

So my first project is refinishing the sticking door latch pulls and the housings underneath. I have seen on F-chat where someone refinished them without disassembling them and taking them out, but it seems like you could do a much more thorough job if you take these out and then reassemble.

Does anyone know how to disassemble these latches and get them out of the door panels?
