Aggie Interpretation??

After numerous rounds at the White House of "We don't even know if Saddam is still alive or dead," Saddam decided to send George W. a letter in his own writing to let him know that he is still in the game. Bush opened the letter and it contained only the coded message "370HSSV-0773H".

George W. couldn't figure it out, so he typed it out and emailed it to Colin Powell.

Colin and his aides had no clue either, so they sent it to the CIA. They
couldn't solve it, so Colin sent it to the NSA, to MIT, to NASA, and to the Secret Service.

No one could figure it out. Eventually, they sent the
message to the Senior Professor of Nuclear Physics at Texas A&M, Dr. Floyd R. "Cletus" Turbo, who took a quick look at it and said, "Tell the President he is looking at the message upside down!"
