Almost half of all F-cars for sale in the duPont Registry are 360's.........199/467 total. Add in the 89 355's and it's well over half.....

So if they are selling 1,100 (more or less) new cars per year in the USA and Canada......and they are perpetually (more or less) sold out....what does this mean ?

At a rough consumption rate of 91 cars a month that's 2.1 months of potential inventory on the ground....so I ask where are the buyers ?

Is the mystique so great that they just have to have a new one ?
I am not knocking the 360 or anything at all.....just wondering aloud about ownership motivation.

Thanks for the info. Said it before and i'll say it again... today's 308/328 is like "tomorrow's" 360.

    Enjoy the Drive,

A lot of it is the flippers. They own the car and continue to drive the car while advertizing it for sale. If a green pilgrim offers the right amount of money, they sell it. Often, such a person has another car in the loop, so there is seldom much time spend without a Ferrari.
