    apparently i have some sort of Trojan Bookmarker.E virus on my computer, after running my anti-virus software (Norton) it is telling me it cant repair the file, can't quarantine it, and can't delete it. so how do i get rid of it?

    Restore you system? Meaning erase everything.

    sometimes i just find the file myself manually and just recycle bin it then do a scan and it should be all clear

    run adaware & spybot, do the updates and don't use IE. that should prevent the issue from occurring again.
