Both beautiful. For practical reasons I'd vote for Sheehan's. I don't see fifty grand worth of difference just at a glance, and you'd be dealing with who I suppose is a respectable American broker. Maybe he could get the price down $10k and you could have a scooped hood fabricated.

My vote is for the one with the hood scoop. Both look great though. I would be a bit concerned about Sheehans sitting in a museam since '97. Was it driven at all? Although they are asking quite a bit more for the one with the hood scoop you don't know what they will really take, maybe the purchase prices of the two might be similar.

3009 in switzerland with car classic could probably be had for $235k U.S. not including taxes, shipping, etc. This would probably be one of the highest prices paid for a pf2cab in recent memory.

This is one place where you do not want to be a market leader---as a buyer.

But I agree, 3009 seems to be the better sorted car.

wow, 3009 is nothing short of gorgeous. what a stunning car.

at those price levels, i think maybe it's "25% nicer" than the white car, and that assumes you can't negotiate the number down.

Its interesting that the FML asking price index of $160k is actually lower than what seems to be out in the market. I think the FML asking price index for the PF coupe of $56k is lower than most all of the ones I have seen advertised. Maybe for the 250 cars you add 20% to FML prices and for new cars you deduct 20%:)

Check with Sheehan for his latest listing if you don't get his online newsletter. It won't show up on his page until tomorrow - looks like it could go fast.
