    It's been discussed since the very begining of time, or at least FC. :) I think it might be good for OT type stuff, but the problem with a chat room is the history isn't saved. At least everything we post now is archived and can forever be used.

    True, yet chat rooms allow us to TALK and have fun. Discussion boards are like sending old Western Union messages. Chat rooms are like using the Edison telephone :)

    The other downside of a chatroom is that you'll miss out on a lot of conversation if you're not present.

    i vote we charge a small fee and make DES the chatroom monitor complete with the dreaded " POWER OF THE BOOT" where as he can remove trolls and what not from the room when the water ballons and spit balls get a little too big. this way he can get PAID TO BE ON FCHAT!!!!!!! he really is a great guy and the best one for the job....... hint hint dont reap " thecarreaper" !!! LOL
