Looking for a fully restored blue or grey 250GT PF II. Already know of Sheehan's but its in France and has a hood without the intake. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Rob
You're on a narrow trail here. I've been poking around myself and have'nt found too much. Although these aren't to your color specs thought you'd like to view anyways. The first was taken this spring in Sarasota and it recently sold at auction at Pebble Beach. The second is at Heritage in Beverly Hills and I believe needs some good cosmetic work at the least. Good luck.
Sorry I'm having a problem uploading due to file size. Go to http://www.heritageclassics.com to view s/n 3311.
The black one is quite nice. But you say it has been sold? Besides this website, ebay, and hemmings. Where should one look? Rob
Hi Rob. Yes the black 250 was sold at Pebble Beach by Vintage Motors of Sarasota. Here are a few other sites where you most likely will find older models for sale: Ferrari Market Letter ~ http://www.ferrarimarketletter.com (you need to subscribe). Symbolic Motors ~ http://www.symbolicmotors.com Mike Sheehan ~ http://www.ferraris-online.com Vintage Motors ~ http://www.vintagemotorssarasota.com Of course there are more but this will get you started.
Where is that one from? If I could get the standard hood with the scoop I would probably bid sheehans. Nothing on the sites you mentioned. (besides the heritage red one) Thanks for the input Rob
Rob here's the site. It's a little broader in reach and most of the cars are in Europe but you never know what you'll find. Good luck. http://www.carclassic.com/html/DD21.htm
These guys want 235,000 euros for their 250gtpf2. Are they out of their mind? Interior looks a bit ratty too. Any thoughts? Rob
