    you know, its hard, sometimes involves a hammer to remove the big box.

    but,
    If you remove the connection between the catalytic converter and the muffler box (13mm nut and bolt , four sets) , then pull from the cat side, it will be a lot easier.

    edit: remove the connection between the header and cat!
