Great talking with you also. I was at a cookout with one of you neighbors or girlfriend's neighbors, Steve. BTW he is the owner of "The Office" in downtown Raleigh. Its one of the more upscale dance clubs in town. If you happen to be downtown on a weekend night and see my car out front, stop in and check the place out.
