Hi again, more Boxer questions from the ignorant.
I want to take the front grill out of my car because someone decided it would look better black. I want to strip it back to its original aluminum finish. I notice it is screwed at intervals top and bottom with small flat headed screws. they are hard to get to and I was also not sure if they are sheet metal or have nuts. This concerned me because I cant get my fingers to the back of them if they start to spin. Please tell me I dont have to take off the whole lower front of the car to get it out.

Are you talking about the grill w/ the Prancing horse or the grill on the trunk cover(behind the cooling fans)?
