pretty sure it's intended to be campy satire. I thought it was funny.

IMS fires their only compitent PR man and
replaces him with a team of fresh college graduates
with shiny new marketing degrees, pretty faces
and zero knowledge of racing and this is what
you get.

Unfortunately, IndyCar isn't the only series where
this is a problem.
