    Man I could have taken you to a couple of car museums, etc.

    Anyway I was real taken back when a Ford Laser passed me this morning proudly wearing little discrete Scuderia Ferrari shields on the front guards ... do you travel with them or something?

    LMAO...!!! i WISH i was in Sydney... i would gladly endure a 15 1/2 hour flight in coach to be in that climate... :)

    Its a bit longer than 15 1/2 hours... from LA to NZ is 13 1/2.
    Even direct, I doubt its just 2 hours addl from NY. Of course, what do I know about avaition - not a damn thing!

    Actually it runs about 13.5 to 14 from LA depending on wind. I go there regularly. The LA-Melbourne flight (no longer available) ran about 14.5 to 15.

    I went non-stop from L.A. to Melbourne with Qantas last October.

    The flight took 14 hours.
