Couldn't find anything on this, maybe someone here knows:
Would the 3.2 and later years front and rear bumpers fit on 85 and earlier Mondials?
    Thanks
    Sam

Have you done your homework and compared the SPC PNs and illustrations on the FerrariUK spare parts website?;)

Had already contacted Ferrari UK. Told me they have the US Spec 3.2 bumpers, but really do not know if they will fit.
    Suggested I try asking here!

Sam. Assuming you can. Might be better simply buying a 3.2 or T for the same net cost.

You may be right. Would cost about 7000 for the bumper swap, figure another 2000+ for new wheels, then less selling of the old parts, for a net cost of of about 7000. So, less than the additional 15,000 for a 3.2, but with the 3.2 I get the better motor.

    Sam,

How about painting your existing bumpers red? I've seen a few Mondial 8's and QV's on the web that have had the bumpers painted body color. IMO, they looked good.

    Hi Sam,
I did this on my Mondial QV 82 (see pictures profil+here). The rear bumper is going smootly, the exhaust can give a problem (different hight). Resolved it by making the reargrill myself.
The frontbumper is an other question. Here you need to adjust the frontframe a littlebit. The frame of the earliers models is lower just before the batteryholder and AC radiator. I take away some ion from the frame, and also some fibreglass from the bumper to adjust. You need also some hang-up points bumper to the wings ).Hope this resolves your question.
    Greetings Guido

    Guido,
That blue is a great color for a Mondial - is that, by any chance, Blu Scuro?
