I don't know, it is reminiscent of the 365BB and I think even the 365GT/4 2+2 - didn't they have 6 outlets? It's sort of wierd but I kind of like it.

next thing you will see a guy with side pipes or 6 pipes per side coming out from under the fender like a funny car.

2 pipes looks cleaner than 3.

    lol

yes, i saw one on a 550 barchetta at one point. i thought it was wildly excessive and rather silly.

why not do four smaller pipes? or maybe you could shove five in there!

    doody.

Could also be http://www.koenig-specials.com To see this option you need to click on 'Ferrari', '550 Maranello' then scroll down to 'drug dealer'.

Korr: excellent. I will have CarGraphic start custom work tomorrow. I will also check for the license plate in California.

Are you aware if a setup of more tips is wise? I think that the use of 14 might in fact result in a further 4-5bhp gain across the board, with no adverse effects to torque.

    What are your thoughts?

Not to mention the jet effec of 12 pipes pushing you forward. you should have a switch to angle them UP to increase downforce.

    I have dyno'd a 575M with 12 pipes. It adds 20 HP.

The Type R logo alone adds 50 RWHP.

I add another Type R logo to see if that gets me even more power.

Wrong. If you use a yellow badge R, and a red badge R on the same car, then they are complimentary.

If that isn't enough pipes for ya, I don't know what is!

Well, actually those are the tail lights :) Still a similar form of design overkill.

Well...I've never seen dyno numbers to prove that. I have heard the factory has a special "Purple R" that only "certain" people can get that adds some HP to the radiator cooling fans.
