    Hello Ferrari Gurus,

    Can anyone please tell me where to get the O.E. replacement Aluminum Flex Hosing (with Aluminum finish, not black). It's function was to take freash air from the right side intake, and blow it across the cats. The measurment is 2-1/2"(O.D.) X 16". I'd prefer not to go to Ferrari UK if possible (nothing wrong with them other than being overseas).

    Hi Chris,

    No information in your profile (you should update this--go to "User CP" at the top). Presuming you're speaking of a 308 or 328 of some variant?

    Have you looked up a p/n for the part?

    Lots of reputable sources other than Ferrari UK for the more common parts... Bill at GT Auto Parts (Arizona), Mark or Chris at T. Rutlands (Atlanta, GA, www.trutlands.com).

    Search the old ferrarichat tech q&a archives. A couple of long threads w/ suggested sources. Believe someone finally came up with a source.

    Prior to those threads I went thru AutoZone's inventory of metal flex 'preheater hoses'. They have quite a variety of 'Mighty Flow' brand hoses in black & aluminum finish. They didn't have a 2.5"/100mm one in stock tho. I wanted to get my car back on the road so I used a 2.5" black vinyl spring hose similar to dryer vent hose.

    I've been meaning to call the mfg:
