What's the Fair Market Value for this 348 spider?

There's a '94 Black/Black,with 103K asking $39,500.00 at www.gullwingmotorcars.com

 

Last May when I was in the market for Ferrari, 348 Spider w/ about 30K miles, 30K service done in 2003, and color was white/black, was asking for $65K. Unfortunately I forgot the year, but toward the latter of model years. Buyer offered it for $60K if I paid cash instead of loan payment.

Check Ferrari sales sites for comparing info. (like FerrariAd.com, Ferrariclassified.com, Ferrarimarketletter, etc.) Even checking on a local newspaper's classified will be helpful for just gathering info.

I know of a clean 1994 Spider, 18k...for $63k. I've seen it in person and have driven it as well... it runs very strong and has an awesome stereo, too! Red/tan with stock everything else.
