I don't know about "retired", but Tony has indeed left FoD. Chet is now handling Ferrari sales in addition to Maserati sales.
What happens when you call for him on the phone????? He was at the Festival of Speed. I know he's had some things on his family side that can make you take a hard re-evaluation of how you spend your time. Hope all is well with Tony.
Might call him and find out. I have it at home. If anyone posts the email on here, make sure you add spaces in it or type out "at" instead of @ so the spiders don't pick it up and start spaming.
Tony is fine. He is exploring another avenue in the car business in his life. He left on good terms after spending many years with FoH and the last two at FoD. Absolutely great guy. You should all get to know him.
Uhhhhh, Career move?????? More money??? Better conditions???? He--, get him on the phone, inquiring minds want to know!
I stopped by FoH this morning and talked to Joe. He mentioned that Tony is Managing Partner of a new dealership in Dallas. I am sure more money, but after all that has happened, I hope more time with his family.
I don't know everything, but being a Ferrari dealer in America is a tough job. I think he had a great opportunity outside the Ferrari world, but still in the auto dealership business. Sounds like the best for Tony and his family.
I don't know but being in an equity buy in at any dealership is better than being an employee. I have worked for many. James --- Audiguy should know where he is
I suppose I've been quiet long enough. Yes, Tony has left FMoD and we will miss him. Yes, he is Managing Partner of a Hyundai store. Yes, he was here for a long time and was in need of a change. Yes, the change will most likely be for the better. And yes, I have taken over his duties as they related to Ferrari sales in addition to my role as Maserati Sales Manager. And no, so far no unusual e-mails. Hope I covered everything. Chet
