It's called fraud, buddy, when you knowing DEFRAUD SOMEONE. Charging $10k in rent for a back house CONNECTED to a house with a $10k mortgage is DEFRAUDING the person renting the house.

You're right, I don't talk to any of the tens of black LA residents who represent Atlanta black political views.

Look, you are in over your head. I concede that the FEW black people who talk to your G/F might have anti-republican views, but I do not concede that those few (in contrast to the 11 million black people in the states) represent the whole population. Fight it all you want, but you just cannot win the argument with "My G/F works with blacks in Atlanta, so I KNOW that black america will never vote republican!"

It's called BAD LOGIC. You are making what is called a "SAMPLING ASSUMPTION." Come back to the argument with statistical data that takes into account more than your G/F's experiences, and maybe I'll listen.

I'm not sure I stated that as fact, but rather my opinion based on my experiences. However, I'm SURE stats will back me up. Blacks vote democratic. Are you actually arguing with that??

Of course not - I'm arguing with your reasoning. Saying that, because your G/F works with a few black people, you know black nationwide political currents is flawed. That's what I'm pointing out. If you are going to use facts in an argument, make them facts that cannot be disputed - personal experiences cannot and will not make an argument about national views work.
