    I'm in CA and am very interested in getting on a list for a new 360 or the replacement due in a few years. Being a CA resident, can I still put a deposit in another state for the car? I was told Ferrari will only take a deposit from a dealer in you'r resident state. Is this true???? Thanks in advance, Terry

    the dealers are not supposed to put people on lists who are not in their geography.

    that said, if you live in LA and have a vacation home in Jupiter Beach, you can probably get on one or both lists at the respective dealers. just play it properly.

    they apparently get in big trouble if they get caught selling outside their geography.
