Marion must have confiscated his laptop. Last report I got, he said the weather and snow in Aspen was great so he's having a blast.

Indeed.
It was snowing Wed Thur here. Unfortunatly Marion's dad is not well and she had to cut her vacation short. I drove her to the airport yesterday.

I am off to the sloaps in a few minutes. One full day of carving in powder.

We all keep our fingers crossed. He is getting better but is not yet over the hill. He has only 30% leftof his liver and that is not a whole lot.

She is in Germany now and they have started to give him some shots with natural medicine to build up the liver again.


Snowboarding was excellent yesterday. An almost perfect day. It was snowing in the past 2 days and it was sunny yesterday with fresh groomed runs. Just perfect.

I will be out there a little later. Supposed to snow in the afternoon.
today 30degrees and later in the night when a cold front comes through -4 brrr

I will be flying back on Monday.

 

Hello Martin, Sunday, I'll be just East of you in Georgetown.
Porsche has a Icekana on the lake and I'll be there with a Twin Turbo.
Just drive down on I 70 and come play with us. You can't do that in FL.

Sorry Roland,
this is like a 150 Miles ride each way, 3 hours each. I will have to pass.
If I would fly directly out of Denver I would consider it to leave a day early but to make that trip again...I don't think so. Been in Denver on Thursday and that was enough. Left Aspen at 5am and came back at 7pm.
Snowpacked roads, trafffic accidents, snow, dry, cold, warm, I mean I have seen everyhting. Seen a guy spin out in front of me.
