Hey guys, I am currently looking for any un-built 1/12, 1/16 scale kits of Ferrari that anyone may wish to part with. I have been recently purchasing the cars that I want on ebay and currently have on the workbench:

    Tamiya 1/12 312 T4
    Tamiya 1/12 641/2 F190
Monogram 1/12 F40 (I will dress up with photoetch kit from Stepahane at Scaledetails)

I am looking for a 1/12 or 1/16 scale 288 GTO kit, I got outbid at the last minute on ebay for a Fujimi kit 1/16 scale.

Any help would be great, email or PM, whatever.

    Hello

You could try to do a search on www.ebay.de
There you'll tons with Ferrari models and stuff, you might be lucky.

Are you the one who got the 1/12 Monogram F40 off of ebay yesterday? I was looking at it, but decided against it. I'm not a big fan of Monogram kits. I'll probably pick up the Kyosho kit instead.

No, I bought mine a few weeks ago, as a rule I agree with you but I have seen that kit tricked out and with some attention to detail and hard work it can still look awesome, ALMOST as good as Pocher.

I usually try to stick with Tamiya but for some reason they do not feel there is enough of a market here in the US for big-scale.

Thanks Paul but I said ebay is where I get most of my kits, they are just getting harder and harder to find reasonably.

Revell has a new release of a 1:12 scale Ferrari F2002.

But other then that you're looking at buying old stock kits.

An alternative to Ebay is Dave.

Dave has nearly all the 1:12 scale old releases for sale.
Good guy to deal with. Used to have a Lotus and Ferrari but last I heard he has a Lambo. Still he's ok.

For a challenge try one of the resin kits. But nothing like a Tamiya kit- a resin kit is a challenge.

I've been thinking of an AMR kit of a compteition Daytona. Curious of the quality of this kit. Anyone know?

One interesting release - but I've decided I don't have time to even think about building this.

A Tamiya 1:12 Porsche 935 with about 1,300 detail parts added.
