    Similar to my last dilemma, ring nut rotation. Ring nut on the clutch shaft against the drive gear. Standard or reverse thread? Cannot get this nut to move. Shaft rotation indicates reverse thread. What is correct? Thanks for the help.

    As i recall that is reverse thread as well.

    Jim, correct, reverse thread. Ferrari factory assembler must have been really fired up when he assembled this shaft. Nut was sure tighter than 22daNm! Had to carefully cutoff after the teeth on my ring nut tool failed!
    Should have seen the look on my face when balls started flying everywhere! Was not aware the bearing had a split inner race.
