hello all, i have been looking into some rental properties as a sector to stick some cash. traditionally, i have just plowed money into the REIT sector to maintain the liquidity and leave the management to the "pros". everything i have seen looks to be cash flow negative and only turn positive after depreciation. what gives? thx.
Can you say 'sellers market'... Makes no sense to me either why anyone would get into income properties right now...
