I'm fairly sure that the top 3 won't be coming to the US, but I wondered if anyone knows what the "Challenge luggage set" might be?

This list also suggests that as my US dealer has indicated, there is no additional cost for leather seats over the Alcantara standard seats...

Yes apparently one can still have the silver dedication plate (with your dedication or something similar) a la standard 360 Carozzeria option list.
