Buying a house only means for me less money spent. My landlord (son of the Ferrari importor Kroymans) just bought a 550 Maranello...and he can affort that becaus I (and ofcourse many others) are so stupid to rent a 2 room appartement for far to much money! Nowadays you can buy a house, and when you want to leave in, let's say, three years, sell it with profit...even in these days of bad economics! I'm not married...that's right. I wanted to get married next year, but hey, my girl just broke up! But I do want to get married...and I do want to live here, in The Netherlands and in Utrecht! (don't ask me why...it's just something I've got my mind up...) I was the one who really really wanted to buy a house...all since a long time. My ex-girlfriend never wanted it. Now she has the house...and I don't! And I don't like that. I also want a house! A nice and big house. And for a Ferrari...well...I can always look at them and perhaps go as shotgun in one of them...that's also lot's and lot's of fun for me. And I always think of Ferrari...at my site(s), this forum...with you guys! So...that's for the time being enough for me...I think...
