    Does anyone know where to get a voltage regulator with brushes for a 308 QV. I know it is made by Bosch. Does anyone have the Bosch Part #? Thanks.

    The Bosch part number (taken off the rear of an alternator) for the regulator is 1 197 311 028. I would be interested to see if Bosch will supply the regulator and brushes seperately.

    I found quite a few matches for them. Bosch does sell them seperately. This is what normally is wrong with a bad alternator. They ranged from $43 to $20. Worth a try for that price.
