    They are likely not selling the car, they state its a 12cyl in the description ! :)

    It looks salvageable, but Id hate to see the parts list!

    i was wondering about that, but later on they correct that; i was also wondering about the mileage on it: 999,999 seemed a tad high... They mentioned they did not know the exact mileage on it 'cause they couldn't power up the digital thingie-ma-jig...

    Not sure how extensive the damage is, but it would certainly be a great track car...

    Those shots probably hit all the Ferrari-hating-soccer-mom sites first.
    Regardless, it underlines the importance of getting out to a track or somesuch and getting to know what to do, how to do it, when to do it and why.

    By the same token, he's lucky it wasn't the other way around.

    For example, in '80, I got rearended by a guy in a 4x4 Dodge Pickup with dual rollbars doing over 100 (3 witnesses & speedo locked at 103) as I was just getting into 2nd gear @ 15 mph... in a Toyota.
