F40 Information Needed

Guys, I know this may be a strange one but I cannot locate the information on the web. Can anyone tell me the main difference between the cat adjust and non cat adjust on the F40.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

thanks izza, spoke to karl sorted. Cat or non cat refers obviously to whether a catalyst is fitted. The adjust non/adjust refers to whether the suspension is fitted with the adjustable settings
