I think I'll move to Arizona - where I come from it's frowned upon to drive on the wrong side of a double line :)

Jeez, you're obviously not a biker. A guy crossing the double yellow is our worst nightmare.

Actually the driver is a pedal biker... It was early and roads were pretty much free of any traffic. Also, you can see what is coming on your way up.

Cool video! I want to move to a warmer climate.

I'm certainly no F1 driver, but it sounds like there were way too many shifts on that twisty part, and the engine had another 1-2K revs on the upper end that was left unused. Once you get into that 5K range, the 348 makes such a sweet sound... it's a shame to shift in the 3's. Then again, I didn't see the tach and perhaps it's too early in the morning for my hearing work properly on that vid.

    -Daniel aka "Gilles Villeneuve wannabe".

Not sure... This was my first and I was just tagging along since I was invited. Once a month to different places I guess.

I was the driver in that video and the road that we were on has alot of short straights with heavy braking, etc. I ran to redline most of the time....but I tried to take it easy on Patrick as it was his first time on a twisty road w/me.

But I guess we were going pretty good as we beat the group by aroound 10 minutes! :)

    Ciao

So... does this car have any rollover protection, or is someone just begging for a spinal compression? (And possibly a few cracked ribs, in the event of a collision?)

Obviously you haven't spent much time in these cars.....one would have to do something incredibly dumb to end up in the weeds..or upside down, etc.

Learn how to drive your car...and go have fun...and share the experience!!

    Ciao
