    congratulations. Just dont have another one, Im told that going "cold turkey" is the only way to go, but that if you try one more, youll start right then, right there again;)

    Congrats! I haven't had or wanted a cigarette since New Years Eve. It wasn't even a planned decision either. I just didn't want another smoke.
