    Could it be related to the article in Car magazine? Somone bought the Monaco winning F2001 recently dont know details. His name was Frank something.

    The dude your referring to is Frank Mountain, a property developer from england,

    he purchased Michael Schumacher's car Chasis #211

    the one for sale in Cali was a different car, as far as i know.
