Pulp Fiction floored me, though in all fairness, it was only one of his top 3 I saw in big screen & have not seen Kill Bill I or II. My choices of 1, 2, 3 are separated by fractions, not leaps and bounds. Pulp Fiction > Reservoir Dogs > Jackie Brown.
Don't agree. Still think Pulp Fiction is easily his best film. Kill Bill 1 & 2 come in second. Then Jackie Brown.
Pulp Fiction > Kil bill 1 > Reservoir Dogs > Kill Bill 2 > Jackie Brown In that order, but it is very difficult to decide, there is barely a difference

Reservoir Dogs = best by far Pulp Fiction and both Kill Bills = not far behind Natural Born Killers (original Tarantino script) = messed up by Oliver Stone True Romance = fun to watch From Dusk Till Dawn = eh, okay, have seen it multiple times 4 Rooms = take it or leave it
He was in Dusk Till Dawn just for fun. Nothing serious. Hell, I would drink beer from her feet! Pulp Fiction > Kill Bill Vol. 1 (I see them as 2 different movies because the feel for each movie was very different, IMO. 1 KILL KILL and some more nonserious killing, 2 learn a lot more about the depth of the characters.) > Kill Bill Vol. 2 > Jackie Brown> Resevoir Dogs "Mmmm... that is a tasty burger!"
Interesting, I like Samuel L. Jackson's character in Pulp Fiction but I really did not enjoy much of the other parts of the movie. It seemed like Jackie Brown just was a much more well rounded story with less dead parts. Pulp Fiction really didn't seem to have pacing in it...some parts seemed really interesting, others were wholly uninteresting to me. Maybe I'm just a freak.
To each his own, but I find the down time in Pulp Fiction to be just small parts of scenes (seconds, not minutes). I agree Jackson's character was the best in the movie, and probably one of the most quotable characters ever in film. Christopher Walken and Butch's watch is also one of my favorites. Harvey Keitel is also great. I like that someone mentioned Natural Born Killers. My girlfriend at the time (1994) walked out of the movie 2/3 through. Has never happened before or since. Love it or hate it, that movie is memorable. Harrelson and Moore both give the performances of their lives.
