Persistant Whispering says FoD is sold To

I heard owner of Boardwalk is in deep financial sh*t. Anybody know about this?? A while back when I went on for a test drive @ University Park Audi, the salesperson told me this.

 

If this is true, Ginsberg is a real upstanding citizen:

He's the former CEO of Evergreen Media that was found guilty of insider trading and faces up to $5.4 million in civil penalties for providing illegal insider information to his father, Jordan, and brother Mark in 1996 and 1997, enabling them to earn $1.8 million in profits, while he was CEO of Evergreen.

Currently, he is the Chairman for DG Systems and owns a Porsche dealership in Plano, Texas and Voltaire, an upscale restaurant in Dallas.

If memory serves me correctly, he's the same person that took Howard Stern off the air in Dallas back in the mid-90's when Stern was #1 in the market.

I hope his image doesn't tarnish FoD.

 

Now that I think about it, Voltaire went out of business and reopened as Bamboo Bamboo, which also went out of business.

Well you can only launder so much money thru a restaurant, after all.

An Enzo dealership on the other hand.....the mind reels at the possibilities!

 

His house burned recently too. That can't be good for your financial picture, insurance or not.

 

Sounds like he's "relocating assets" to me.

What sucks is there was going to be a Cool River going into that space but the deal fell through ~5-6 months ago(if I remember correctly). Would have been nice to not have to drive to Las Colinas. Oh, well.
