If you have the e-mail option do an e-mail. I prefer those over PMs as well. Hate PMs. I check them rarely and thus you may get the feeling I am not responding. I would love to disable the PM entirely.
I do have days when I do not check into FChat. My e-mail gets checked hourly unless I am on vacation.

To assume that someone is arrogant based on not responding to your PM...well....no I won't go there.

I have a FRIEND that doesn't respond to PM's. I think he's just technically challenged, not being rude. Just because you know how to use a computer doesn't mean every one else does.

Maybe this is an upgrade option Rob could consider, make the PM notification flash or something to let the unititiated know it exists.

I recently sent an e-mail to someone here selling a 355B. In truth, I was somewhat relieved when he didn't respond to my moment of weakness. :) I am now rereading The Millionaire Next Door as penance.

Really, don't buy the 355, they are expensive when they break, LOL.

Some people should really drive a P car, or a Honda....

A common misconception. 72000 miles on the Esprit. Original valve guides and exhaust manifold. :) Easy to work on. Relatively cheap(ish) parts. Goes fast. Doesn't sound very good.
