Finaly I got subscribed - and can show you my Ferrari 250 GTO collection (with some of my F40s in the background)
All of the 250s used to be red, and 4 of them was actually ready for the garbage can, with flaws in the paint and missing parts.
But with a little patience I managed to put them back together and give them a long life in my cabinet along with the rest of my collection.
Coments are like always welcome. :)

PS:What do you guys in the US call this animal which has spikes/nails all around its body to protect its self??
I got one of those around my house....he's the coolest dude ever :)

    Thanx a lot.
I'll repaint more 250s in the future, they are very easy to work with - the whole car is just ONE peice, rather than the F40 which has 5 or 6 pieces.
The black and the silver are mine favorites, they turned out very well.

    You are hardcore.

What you likely call a Hedgehog Erinaceus europaeus is known as a Porcupine on this side of the pond.

Pinsvin (pin = needle, svin = diff.name for a pig....I guess you also use this word..."You filthy SVINE"

Anyway, cool that you liked my 250s (just so we are on the track here) :)

Oh tell me about it. Still working on my F40 conversion...

Great collection. You need to add one in dark green to match one of the existing 250 GTO.

Actually since you're such a fan, what I would do is a little research into all the different paintjobs of the real 250s and replicate them. Just an idea.

    Keep the fire going!

PS: I love that hedgehog, they're so damn cute!

cool cars. Btw, a porcupine is not the same a hedgehog. heldgehog is smaller with short(er) spikes/needles and a porcupine is larger with longer spikes. They differ in colors too. That said, here in the US, we don't get hedgehogs.

Interesting. And I think in Europe there are no porcupine, hence the two different names.

correct i believe. There are also no badgers in the US, i'm fairly sure if an American saw one they would think its some rare skunk.

i know. In our back garden in England we'd have foxes and badgers and stuff. Over here we have deer (not in the garden, its fenced off because of the pool), mice, rabbits and a few bullfrogs (the people behind us have a pond so we hear it at night. It got stuck in the pool once....thing was a beast, like twice the size of an average hand :) ).

Btw, what make are those models? Bburago?

hello Paul, cool cars you make a great job as a painter
now I'm tempted to re -paint one GTO in Silver or White
but still you're missing the 1964 GTO series II which comes in some rare colors, Marine Blue, Green, Chrome Quantock etc. (GUILOY) made in Spain
in Mexico we call your friend : "ERIZO" or "PUERCO ESPIN" and no we don't eat them.
