    This last thursday night, while the bosses 360 spider was parked at Vilamoura harbour(Portugal) in front of his yacht along with the other yachts. The boss and i were having evening dinner on the front of the restaurant like many others enjoying the evening, there was the usual hoards of sight see'rs admiring the boats,cars, girls and shops on the front.Every one was being realy positive about the nice cars and boats there,and some were taking pictures of the 360.Then along came a group of two lads and a girl,two of them in England shirts,(here we go again). As they were walking down the pier they spotted the 360 spider and one of them made a very loud comment "Look Jane some prick in a ferrari", well the boss and i looked at each other from our table and although were shocked at the negative comments,we joked that it could have not been directed at us becourse we were not sitting in the car at the time. Anyways a few minuets latter the group must have gone to the end of the harbours walkway and were now returning, as they walked by one of them drew deeply and spat a big gob in to the car...........On seeing this did i ?......(A) Ignoer them?, (B) Get up and wipe the mess up with a spare napkin?, (C) Walk calmley over to the group and grab the culprit by the neck and squeezing very very hard looked him in the eyes and asked him who did he think i was, then opening the door of the car and handing a napkin to his pal directing them to wipe up the mess while kicking him up the arse, after which i shock the one i had violentley again by the neck then letting him go to fall in a tidy heap on the floor?, or (D) run and tell the Vilamoura security?...the very same security that escorted the wankers of the Harbour after i performed option (C). You know i am English my self and it realy pisses me of the way some english football fans behave them selfs abroad, i have alot of frends who own businesses on the Algarve especially in Albufeira who have had there properties including a 360 destroyed during the riots just last week in the football riots.I know there are the saints among you who will be bleeting on about i should have not done what i did, but what would you have done if you saw some one spit in your ferrari????? Anyway it left me with a warm feeling.

    Seriously, what did you do...? Alternatively, "E" would've been a great choice...


    E). Grab said culprit, put him in the passenger's seat of the car, fasten said culprit's seat belt; enter driver's side, take culprit for a VERY scary, twisty, turny, accelerating, braking, close-calls-filled ride that will surely tense the sphincter muscles of said culprit... Hopefully, said action will accomplish two things: 1. Scare the fannie off this guy (and yes, i DO mean FANNIE; if he's gonna spit in a Ferrari, he certainly has no BOLLOCKS) and 2. teach him some appreciation for such an exceptional vehicle...

    Consider this option next time and let us know how it goes... :)

    Option C of course dude, option E would have involved my CZ 85 semi, but that was not on me at the time, though that may have been a touch much.......or maybe not!

    i cannot believe that.... it really annoys me when you get a handful of people who out of jealousy (or just being complete ****s) do something like this...

    I would have chosen C without a second thought!

    really sory to read this Chaa, if i remember , from past decrption you are a pretty big guy!!! i applaud your reserve that you did not squeeze his head off! cant say what i would do.... everything you type can and will be used you later ( here anyway ) if ya get into trouble!! cheers. glad it was not car keys!!!

    I'm not real clear, so it was "C"? If it was, I think that deep down this is what we'd all want to do. Here in the US it seems like you'd risk getting your head blown off, that's why it's better to just report it. Meanwhile the ****** would probably just get away with it. Anyway congrats on teaching this twit a lesson ;)

    That's appauling,

    I have a similar story, where i was driving down the freeway in peak hour, and some poorly educated and clearly jealous tradesman spat at my car as i drove past.

    I personally did not do anything, as i am only a 65kg weakling, and therefore am liable to get my arse kicked very severely, althoug if i were a 6 foot 6 150kg lad, then i would personally have chosen option c.

    but what can you do? in Australia we refer to this as "tall poppy syndrome", everybody is for people trying to make it, however once they do, they are jealous and want to cut you down.

    and get this, i wasnt even driving a Ferrari?

    Good for you man! I once walked out of a restaurant w/ my friend whom owns a Viper. And as we were walking back to his car, 2 kids were walking away while his alarm was going off. So I being the one that is very protective of nice cars started yelling at the kids. They just walked away saying they didn't touch his car, it never went past that but i really wanted to go into my own car and get out my club.

    Your so lucky you caught them, things like this happen to me and I never know who did it. Option C is the best.

    Although I try to do almost anything to avoid physical confrontations being as as they are the dumbest way to solve a disagreement, I am afraid I would lose my self control and squeeze the bloke's neck until he turned purple and pass out, THEN I would throw his a$$ in the water! Nothing infuriates me more than spitefull vandalism.

    Glad to hear you chose option C.
    Could you imagine the look on there faces when they find out that the guy's car they just spat on had someone with them that was as big as an ox and twice as tough.

    after option c you should then let the car get its own back you should have him on his knees be hind the car force his mouth over the exhaust pipe then rev the bollocks off the car till the fumes come out his arse

    Sorry to hear it. But glad you were able to catch the culprit and show him the error of his ways. I don't know if I would have had as much control, my hats off to you.

    I bought a Fiero in its 1st year: 1984. It was $12k and that was a lot of money to me at the time; I couldn't afford a "real" sports car and I liked the lines. So I'm parked somewhere and when I get back someone had spit on it! Imagine being jealous of a Fiero!!! Little people everywhere.

    When I lived in Georgia, some redneck spit tobacco on my porsche. Somebody lit a cigarette and placed on the hood of a friends corvette. It made a pretty bad place on the paint. Idiots!
