Great day to hang out at the track. The highlight for me was meeting Phil Hill. He signed my hat, took a picture with me (polaroid. I need to scan it), and talked a bit about today's F1 race.

The vendors have some interesting stuff this year. These would be nice to spoil you child with. Note that the "Ferrari" pedal cart was signed by Phil Hill and it's not for sale. :)

Saw this gem out in the edge of the pit area. It's for sale. Any takers? :)

Didn't get parade laps on the track today due to an accident. A few of us made up for it by giving rides.

Post away, guys. I'm sure you have much better pics than I do.

Here are my Sunday pictures. See the other thread for the Saturday pics.

Didn't get to do parade laps on Sunday so took one of the volunteers out on some twisty country roads towards Black Diamond. Got slightly lost but found our way back after an hour.

I put over 300 miles on the car just getting to the track and back not to mention the other excursions on the side.

One note; The yellow McLaren had a trip pass on it and was running BF Goodrich radial TA's. Nothing like a really cool car to drive on the street.

    Nice pictures everyone.

It was my first time out to pacific raceways and it was a blast. I had a great time meeting some more people. Unfortuneately I left my camera at a friends house last week and still havn't been able to pick it up. So no pictures from me :(

I think my ears are still ringing from those trans-am cars ;)

Nick nice to have met you too. Those cars were loud huh? I had earplugs in for most of the races and still wound up with my ears ringing! Great weekend!

Make an offer on that Ferrari pedal car signed by Phil Hill. :)

    Missed you this year, Lem.

The Maserati on which the replica was based did not,
if memory serves me correctly, have a PF body.
    Frua maybe?
