Omar, I agree, the SLs are very classy and beautiful cars. Mercedes keeps upstaging itself with every SL model. Truly stunning cars. Have you driven the Sl55? OMG! But, alas, WHAT is the Bangle baby 7 series doing in the background!!! EGADS
Glad to see the pic of the real 7 series. When I saw the new wheels on it, I thought it was one of Bangle's new creations! Are you sure you want to post your pic? Now people will know your real age!!
I have to admit, I like the new wheels from those monsters....they give my car ~.89G's in lateral grip from a 255/40-19 front and 285/35-19R. Thats not to say I am not upgrading to ACS Type III's soon. No worries, no one visits this forum anyway!
Those wheels are nice. However, personally I prefer the M parallels that came on the sports package before the new 7 series came out. THose fat 18 inch wheels I think look the best on the old 7 series. If you talk aftermarket, then there are many wheels, but for stock my preference is the M parallels. Your secret is safe with me.
LoL! Nei yar, Ma Pakistani hu....or Musilman be, jesay ap ho. Salam. VRAA India say atha ha. "All them brown towelhead people look alike."
I don't speak hindi/urdu but I understood everything you said!! Really, no joke! Guess overhearing ZeeTV and other channels on my dish has helped me pick up the lingo
i like the styling.. but from a head on view, the lights look to much lik e the mb hatchback, which is a piece of junk...also, the car is still too heavy!!! 4k plus lbs for a small 2 seater is obsured..still its a nice crusier... i will wait 3 years and pick up a used one for half price
I agree with you from the head on view. I wish Mercedes would differentiate the cheaper cars from the expensive ones. Similarly their C class looks like a miniature S class. As far as weight goes, I disagree. Yes its heavy, but its not a "small" 2 seater. There may be limited space on the inside, but this is the big baller blvd. cruiser of Benz. I want it to be heavy, torquey, monster, and the car delivers perfectly on those goals. Omar, LOL, thanks.
