Bernie, Great pics!! That 275 Nart spyder was amazing! I was there on sunday too. I saw your car and Tony's 512 tr at the Ferrari/Maserati parking spots. I have over 100 pics but I will have to pay to be a subscribed member to show you the pics.
The older cars are indeed my favorite. It was my first time at Tremblant and although the infrastructures of the track leave much to be desired, the actual track is just perfect for this class of racing. If you were there, you should have manifested yourself!!!! BTW, how long did it take you to get back home?
Oh boy... Well when I was leaving the Mont-Tremblant circuit (that was at 4h15 pm) I heard on the radio that they was congestion on highway 15 because of a big accident involving a truck. So what I did I drove on highway 15 right to St-Jerome then I took the 117 (its just a road thats parallel to the 15) and guess what there was traffic on that road too. After I decided to go eat somewhere (I was still on the 117) After that I just took some country roads ...(325) passing by bois des fillions, lorraine going right to autoroute 440... I don't know if it was longer but oh well... I did 2h15- 2h30h of driving and 30 mins to eat. The morning when I was going to Mont-Tremblant it was the best. (130 kph- 140 kph the hole time -I left at 8am with nobody on the roads-) Were you stuck in the traffic?
Took me 1h:15m just to get to Mirabel. I said to myself, either my clutch is going to pop, my engine is going to overheat or my left leg is going to break off. Then I took hwy 50 to get to 117. Big mistake!! I ended up taking a country road to Ste-Anne des Plaines and then took hwy 335 south all the way to Laval. 335 turns into hwy 19, which then turns into Papineau...and after a 2h30m trip...my couch never felt better.
512M Cockpit Enzo 250 Tessa Rossa Toy store: Enzo, 333 SP, 250 GTO (the 512M and 250 Tessa Rossa are out of the picture!)
I took about 1500 pictures with my Nikon D100 from Fri-Sun. Unfortunately I slipped a disk in my back unpacking the car Sunday night and have been too looped on pain meds to fiddle with the pictures. I'm now busy catching up on work but I should have some of them up later this week. Great event, everyone was friendly and the wife and I had a good time at night in the village too. Aaron
Very nice shots Roy!! YJGuy...1500 shots!!!!!! I was at the Cavallino Classic in '96 and only got off 3 rolls of 36. Easy on the painkillers, and get well soon.
Excellent pictures guys - especially love the "action" shots. Thanks. That #8 308 in Gulf colours: Doesn't that belong to Bill Noon from Symbolic Motors?
That is the great thing with digital photography, you just delete what you don't like. Here are a few shots until I upload the rest to another site. Yikes! The quality is horrible once they get posted on here. The originals are much clearer. Is there a reason the tag is turned off? I could just link better quality versions from a host site if the tag was on. Aaron
More excellent action shots. You guys have a really good eye for pics. BTW - what "Toy Store" are you referring to?

Does anyone have information or pictures about/of this event that was held at the Science center back in 97', thanx!
All the Ferrari models were presented on the back lawn. The star of the show was Jon Shirley's silver on red 375 MM. That was the ROSSELLINI SCAGLIETTI SPECIALE s/n 0402 AM. This was Scaglietti's first street Ferrari. At the show in Toronto on June 11, 1998 it won "Best of Show" at it's first public showing. Present were the usual assortment of Ferrari models including a street F50 from Washington plus a F50 GT. The F40 was represented and there were Boxers and half a dozen Daytonas. Also a very clean red Daytona Spyder. One red 250 SWB and two Cal spyders plus a few other early models. A silver over green leather Pinin Farina Cabriolet was quite striking. Bill Noon was present with the 500 Testa Rossa 0652MD/TR built in 1956. Even the weather was nice and of course there was the track time at Mosport... ch
Thanks, for this reply! I had no idea that there were so many amazing cars (F50GT, Cal spyder!) by the way does anyone know if one of the California Spyders belonged to George Carrick of Toronto? and please post some pics of the event! Anyone!
